Zakarisz Ghent is located in the cantina in the far northern town of Doaba Guerfel on Corellia. Where once Talon Karrde made contact with players, now one of his associates gives out quests. Ghent's quests give few material rewards, but are rich in content and should be done for the sheer gameplay alone.

Zakarisz Ghent: The name is Ghent. I work for Talon Karrde and I need some help. You seem a likely prospect. Would you be interested in making a few credits? I can use a little help with a pickup run. What do you say?
PC: What do you need me to pick up?
Zakarisz Ghent: A disk that a friend of mine has put together to help me with my shipping interests. I need someone to get it for me, as I seem to have picked up a tail. Don't ask who's tailing me -- I don't know. Will you make the pickup?
PC: Yes.
Zakarisz Ghent: I thought you might be interested. You'll be looking for Ara Miorri. She's a little on the eccentric side, doing all her business outside of town -- although I hear that's becoming more common.
Zakarisz Ghent (3255 5308), a smuggler associate of the famed Talon Karrde, has a problem. He wants you to do a small pickup run for him - a lot of his contacts are doing business out of town these days, and besides, he's picked up a tail and needs to lay low for a bit.
Travel to the location Ghent gives you and speak with Ara Niorri. On your way you are attacked by Rodian Thugs (CL4) who might attack Ara also (be careful here) but once they are down, you can "Converse" with Ara (use the radial menu so as not to attack her) to get the material Ghent needs. Return to him to complete the mission.

Zakarisz Ghent: Do you recall that Rodian who tried to interfere with our last bit of business? Not long after you left that slicer, Ara Niorri, the Rodian's partner killed her. Ara was a gifted woman, and I don't like it when my friends get murdered. Will you do something about it for me?
PC: Why did the Rodians attack me and kill Ara? Who sent them?
Zakarisz Ghent: That's what I'm trying to figure out. Probably another Hutt somewhere on Corellia. She likes to keep her own hands clean nowadays, but she sends others to do the dirtiest possible work. Will you avenge Ara?
PC: Yes.
Zakarisz Ghent: Good, I didn't think you'd let this slide. The Rodian's name is Vralla. I'd be careful of her -- you foiled her partner, so she may be looking for you.
Ghent tells you that the Rodian you stopped from killing Ara had a partner, Vralla (CL4), and she succeeded, Ara was a friend of Ghent's, and since you killed Vralla's partner, she will be looking for you anyway. Ghent asks you to find and eliminate Vralla.
Once you find Vralla, it is simply a matter of fighting her to the death, and winning. Return to Ghent for your reward.

Zakarisz Ghent: So the lady Hutt was involved in this. Just as I suspected. I believe I'll have to discourage her from messing with me.

Zakarisz Ghent: I've been keeping my eye on the Lady Hutt after our recent run-ins. I hear tell me she's expecting an important delivery from Naboo soon. Will you intercept it for me?
PC: Are you really willing to go against the Hutts?
Zakarisz Ghent: Technically I'm only going against one Hutt, but actually the answer is yes. You can't get far in this business without taking some risks. Besides, I know a few things they don't. Trust me on this. So will you do it?
PC: Yes.
Zakarisz Ghent: I knew I could count on you. The ship just landed in a remote location, and the delivery is being made by hand. Find the courier and take the package. I don't like doing business this way, but the Lady Hutt must learn who she's dealing with.
Ghent is concerned that the Hutts are behind his recent troubles, but isn't above letting them know that he isn't safe to mess with. He knows of a special shipment a Hutt courier is hand delivering not far from the city, and he wants you to go and intercept the shipment. If you encounter any "problems" on the way, handle them however you see fit.....
The shipment courier Grazzy Binbo (CL1) is guarded by 3 Jabba's Thugs (CL13). Defeat the courier (and the guards if you wish) and return to Ghent with the good news.

Zakarisz Ghent: I can't believe the lengths people in this business will go to. The Lady Hutt has purchased a genetically engineered virus that heightens aggression. There are some things I'm just not willing to be involved in, and engineered viruses are right up there. Will you deliver this virus sample to the Biological Control Bureau for me?
PC: Umm -- it's not contagious, is it?
Zakarisz Ghent: Shouldn't affect anyone you know. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to change that.
PC: Yes.
Zakarisz Ghent: Good. I've arranged for a quiet dropoff with one of the BCB couriers. Just meet him, give him the package, and there'll be no questions asked. I hope they can get a retrovirus started in case anyone tries something foolish.
You recovered a virus strain from the Hutt courier that increases aggression... a nasty thing to have on the open market. Ghent asks you to take it to his contact in the Biological Control Bureau - and assures you that the virus is contained and not contaigious.
Ghent's contact Pavan Silar is in the field now, and you must meet with him. On the way, you will be attacked by Jabba's Thugs (CL13) again. Once you reach Silar, be sure to use the radial menu to "Converse" with him, then return to Ghent.

Zakarisz Ghent: Thanks. Kind of strange to be helping people for a change. I'll try not to make it a habit. It might be bad for business.
