Return to the Deflarian Camp[]
Inspector Cora sends you back to the Deflarian camp.
Cora: It appears from a scan of the area they are using a courier for deliveries between the camps. Find and follow the courier to see where he goes.
Track the Courier[]
Once you get to the camp, Cora tells you that you need to find and track a Deflarian courier. This can be a bit tricky. The best thing to do is to go down to the river once you reach the camp, and sooner or later, you will see the courier walking back and forth along the river. When you see him, follow him.
Following the courier takes you to a secret bunker down on the shore of the river (-6366 -2948).
Intercept the courier[]
Once you come close to the bunker, you get a message to kill the courier and see what he is carrying - which turns out to be a log book, which mentions that Donovan is in the bunker.
Cora: It appears from an entry in the log that Donovan is in the bunker. Find and talk to him.
Locate and speak with Donovan[]
The bunker is guarded by the following:
- Deflarian guards (CL36)
- Deflarian henchmen (CL36)
- Deflarian killers (CL37)
- Deflarian underboss (CL37)
- Vinros, Deflarian boss (CL38)
Captain Donovan is in the first room on the right as you enter the bunker (-6415 -2958).
Conversation with Captain Donovan[]
Captain Donovan: Who are you?
PC: I am here to help. Cora sent me.
Captain Donovan: I do not know where I am. I was at another camp after they hijacked my ship. Then they moved me here. They have me shackled so I cannot escape. I think Vinros has the key, and there is the underboss outside and lots of henchman. Something will have to be done. Contact Cora. She will know what to do to get me out of here.
PC: Alright. Consider it done.
Captain Donovan: Thanks. Tell her I will have more information for her when I am out of here.
Donovan is chained up and has no idea where he is. He was brought here after his shuttle was highjacked. He tells you that Vinros the boss has the key to his shackles.
Free Donovan[]
Cora: If Donovan is to be set free, you must clear out that place. I don't want any harm to come to him. Kill the underboss and 8 henchmen, then kill Vindros and retrieve the key to Donovan's shackles.
You will have to destroy 8 henchmen, the underboss, and Vinros (-6353 -3017) in order to free him.
Return to Donovan[]
Then return to Captain Donovan.
Conversation with Captain Donovan[]
Captain Donovan: Ahh, you have the key and cleared the way. Let's get out of here.
PC: Ok, I will unlock your shackle.
Captain Donovan: Excellent! I will find my way back to Tyrena and explain all of this to Cora and my superiors.
Return To Cora[]
Once Captain Donovan is free, return to Cora at the crash site.
Conversation with Cora[]
Cora: Excellent work! Thanks to you, Donovan is safe and some of this mystery has been unraveled. If you are interested in more work, there is more to be done.
