Take the Fake CorSec ID to Jzoro[]
Use the CorSec computer to make a fake CorSec ID for Puckett, to fool Jzoro. Take the ID to Jzoro, who is deeply impressed.
Note: A man named Galvain Tark outside the Chirq bunker offers a side quest inside the bunker concerning his prized racing Durni: Recover the Stolen Racing Durni.
Conversation with Jzoro Quanera[]
Jzoro Quanera: So the rumor about the undercover CorSec agent was true? Very surprising. I knew those Grey Shroud terrorists, and they seemed legit to me. Well done. Very well done. I'm convinced. I had always heard good things about you from Kazic, and now I know for myself. I'm giving you Kazic's job. If he resurfaces, I'll deal with him.

Once you access the mainframe, you learn that the Chirq Council is controlled by nine people known as the Elite Council. Return with this information to Cpt. Baize.
Conversation with Captain Vitala Baize[]
Captain Vitala Baize: We have it! We know now that the Chirq Council is governed by nine members who call themselves the Elite Council. Your next task is simple enough, though quite dangerous: Eliminate the Elite Council.
PC: Don't worry. I can take care of them.
Captain Vitala Baize: I have no doubt. According to the information you downloaded from Jzoro, the Elite Council has two bases outside of town. Start with the one south of town.
