They have again updated this quest... before you are able to talk to the droid in moenia he gives you another quest to take out a black sun transport in corellia space. Once in cor space you have to fly to the waypoint which has 3 tier 1 fighters a tier 1 gunboat and the transport is a tier 3. After completion you go to the droid and he gives you the xp and a schem for a droid head.
