This Time Meust wants you to kill the infamous Steel Claw a CL36 Silver Elite Mouf. He can be found at /wp 83 -15. You will find Steelclaw among other Moufs. Although they are not terribly difficult for advanced players, less experienced players may find Steelclaw a challenge.
Once you kill him return the Meust for your reward and speak to him again for the final Quest: The Sayormi People.
