This quest is a side quest of the revamped Nym's Theme Park (Game Update 16: Stronghold of the Lok Revenants). You should have started the quest "Retrieve the research data and IMGGCUs" in order to begin this quest.

Stuvany Inglen: Good, you're back!
PC: I've decided to see this through to the end.
Stuvany Inglen: I'll sleep a little easier knowing that.
PC: How can I be of service?
Stuvany Inglen: The ore samples you brought us confirmed all of our fears. Someone, we don't know who, is constructing a weapon of unknown potential.
PC: This can't be good.
Stuvany Inglen: We need you to travel to the Imperial Research Facility, steal as much lab data as you can, and get it back to us immediately.

Go to the Imperial Research Facility at (/way lok 904 -4192).
Steal the Lab Data[]
Steal the Lab Data, which can be found in terminals at the following locations:

Stuvany Inglen: This is it! This is the final piece of the puzzle!
PC: What does it all mean?
Stuvany Inglen: The Imperials were behind it alright, but not exactly how we originally thought.
PC: Oh?
Stuvany Inglen: We assumed the Imperials were constructing a weapon of some kind to further tighten their grip on the galaxy.
PC: They weren't?
Stuvany Inglen: They were indeed constructing weapons, but not for the Empire. They were to be distributed here on Lok.
PC: Sounds shady...
Stuvany Inglen: The final purpose is not clear. But thankfully their efforts have been halted. Thanks to you!
PC: I did what I had to do.
Stuvany Inglen: And you have been rewarded! Thank you, %TU! Your efforts here on Lok will not be forgotten. You will be welcome in this stronghold until the end of your days.
Completing all three of Stuvany's Quests will award players the "Lok Revenants Brigand Badge" and the Lok Revenant Rug.
