Olivia Bain: Please, won't you help me?
PC: How can I help?
Olivia Bain: My son, Civius, is working in that bunker over there. They refine a spice known as ryll that some people use as a recreational drug. I want you to go into that bunker, find my son, and convince him to leave that life and come home.

Go speak to Civius Bain (-2164, 3344) in the Ryll Smuggler Bunker.

Civius Bain: Did you need something?
PC: You mother thinks you need to be convinced to stop smuggling.
Civius Bain: I don't need to be convinced. I need to be freed. I owe two of the smugglers money. Until I'm free from that debt, I can't leave.
PC: What if those two smugglers disappeared?
Civius Bain: Yeah, okay. That would pretty much do it. Their names are Oret Sturm and Jaryn Minoze. If you can get rid of them, I'll quit this and become an accountant like my dad.
Defeat the 2 Ryll Smugglers[]
Civius Bain can not leave, unless two of the smugglers he owes money are taken care of.
Defeat Jayrn Minoze (-2092, 3333).
Defeat Oret Sturm (-2126, 3336).
