Apparently there are two NPCs named Slavemaster. One on Corellia that is related to the quest with the same name, as well as one on Kashyyyk, that does not seem to be related to any quest. This information is for the one on Kashyyyk, for info on the Quest, see bellow.

The Slavemaster spawns in the cell with Akkus Meil at /way -6373 -1987 Slavemaster. I just found him roaming around, he is level 40 and seems to have a fast respawn timer.
Just kill him and return Anyza Ekull.
