Skill enhancing attachment

Skill enhancing attachment (SEA) is a type of item that grants a bonus skill modifier when placed in an open socket on crafted clothing, armor, and weapons.

• Armor attachments (AAs) are created by munition traders.
• Clothing attachments (CAs) are created by domestic traders.
• Weapon attachments (WAs) are created by engineering traders.

SEAs

SEAs can have up to three different skill modifiers.

• Standard SEAs are created using modifier bit with a ratio of 1.
  • Standard AAs can be placed in any open armor socket.
  • Standard CAs can be placed in any open clothing socket.
  • Standard WAs can be placed in any open weapon socket.
• Exotic SEAs are created using modifier bit with a ratio greater than 1.
  • Exotic AAs can only be placed in armor chestplate sockets.
  • Exotic CAs can only be placed in shirts and dusters.
  • Exotic WAs can be placed in any open weapon socket.
