C-3TC in Moenia, Naboo is asking for your help. His master, Valance Serth is missing. His ship never landed at Moenia Starport. C-3TC wants you to find out what happened to him and to see if you can save him.
The questline has been updated with experience since the NGE, and requires both ground and space combat.

C-3TC
Speak to C-3TC (/wp 4723 -4935), and he tells you that his master, Valence Serth is very late arriving to the Moenia starport. The droid cannot understand what has happened, and is sure the story is bad.
Conversation with C-3TC[]
C-3TC: Oh dear, oh dear. My poor master! Can you help me?
PC: What do you need help with?
C-3TC: My master, Valance Serth is missing! He was supposed to land at the Starport here an hour ago. I'm afraid something really bad happened and it would be entirely my fault!
PC: What are you talking about? How would it be your fault?
C-3TC: Everything is my fault! My master was supposed to come here and meet me. I tried to find out what happened, but no one at the Starport will talk to me. I'm afraid that something terrible has happened to him.
PC: What would make you say that?
C-3TC: Someone was looking for him. They needed to give him an urgent message from some prince. Once I told them what ship he was traveling on, they told me not to expect him. Can you help him?
PC: I can help you find your master.
C-3TC: Oh thank you! His name is Valance Serth. He's from Corellia. There is a lady named Selan Ellison at the Starport. Maybe she could help you.
Go to Moenia Starport[]
Go to Moenia Starport and see if someone knows what happened to Valance Serth.
The droid asks you to help track down his master. Agree, and head to the Moenia starport. Once you arrive, you get an update - seek out Selan Ellison (4765 -4694) inside the starport.

Find Selan Ellison and talk to her. She knows someone who may help you.
Conversation with Selan Ellison[]
Selan Ellison: You appear to be looking for someone.
PC: What do you know of a late ship from Corellia?
Selan Ellison: Actually, I did hear that a ship had 'trouble' on the way here, but there isn't much information from the Port Authority. I think that there's a good reason to worry.
PC: That isn't good. I need to find one of the passengers on that ship.
Selan Ellison: Perhaps I could help?
PC: If you can, I would appreciate it.
Selan Ellison: I have a friend who works for the Port Authority in Tyrena, on Corellia. His name is Amarent Loren. Just tell him that Selan Ellison sent you.
Speak to Amarent Loren[]
Go to Tyrena on Corellia and speak with Amarent Loren, who should be in the spaceport. One way or another, get him to tell you what happened to Valance Serth's ship.
Once you speak with Selan, things get grim. She tells you that yes, she has heard about a ship from Corellia that is late, but knows no more herself. She suggests you speak with her friend Amarent Loren (-5025 -2259) in the starport in Tyrena on Corellia. Loren might know the departure and destination of the missing ship.
Conversation with Amarent Loren[]
Amarent Loren: I'm sorry, but I'm really busy. What do you need?
PC: Selan Ellison sent me.
Amarent Loren: Ah Selan. I hope she is doing well. I don't see her near enough. I have a moment, but as I said, I really am busy.
PC: I need information about a ship that may be lost.
Amarent Loren: I'm sorry, but I cannot give out that kind of information unless you are a member of the Imperial Transit Authority.
PC: Is your life really worth a silly rule like that?
Amarent Loren: Erm...no need for any weapons, I assure you! The ship crashed on Talus. If you don't hurt me, I'll copy the location to your datapad.
Loren is willing to help, but only to a point. He tells you that he knows of the ship, but that he can only give out information to a member of the Imperial Transit Authority. A bribe of 1,000 credits loosens his tongue, however, and he tells you that the ship crashed on Talus. (Incidentally, if you do not wish to waste 1,000 credits on him, you can threaten him and get the same information, costing you 50 Imperial faction points).
Find the crashed ship[]
Go to Talus and find the crashed ship. It is near the Imperial Outpost.
Travel to Talus, not far from the Imperial Outpost. When you arrive, the crash site (-2396 2031) is crawling with Black Sun mercenaries:
- Black Sun initiate (CL50)
- Black Sun smuggler (CL52)
- Black Sun Minion (CL54)
Valance Serth
Talk to Valance Serth[]
Kill the Black Sun thugs that are threatening Valance Serth and then talk to him.
Valance Serth is also there. He is very happy to have survived the crash, and thankful to you for saving him from the Black Sun. He gives you what little he was able to salvage from the wreckage, and asks you to help him with something else.

Valance Serth: Thank you! Once those pirates get roused, there's nothing to stop them.
PC: I'm happy I could help.
Valance Serth: I owe you my life, but this is all that I have been able to salvage from the flight. I hope it will help you out. I have one more favor to ask, if possible.
After you have spoken to Valance Serth, he will give you some Blue Rug Adhesive. If you speak with him again he will give you the following quest.
