Sergeant Tarl is a Stromtrooper located in Coronet, Corellia. He's a Sergeant in the Imperial Army and starts the first panel of a small questline taking place in the direct area. The questline is available to all factions.

Sergeant Tarl: So you want to serve the Empire and prove yourself, eh? I might have just the task for you. There's an informant we use, Dina Whisper. We suspect she's selling sensitive information to the Rebels. Would you bring her to us for questioning?
PC: What sort of secrets?
Sergeant Tarl: I'm sure she's picking up interesting information in her dealings with us. Too bad she can't be trusted. I hope we won't have that problem with you. So, interested?
PC: Yes.
Sergeant Tarl: Always a pleasure to see people take an interest in the welfare of the Empire. You'll be looking for Dina Whisper. Keep an eye open -- you don't want her Rebel pals getting the drop on you.
An informant, Dina Whisper, is suspected to sell sensitive information to the Rebellion, bring her back for questioning. Defeat two CL4 thugs along the way.

Sergeant Tarl: Very interesting information we picked up from that arrest you made. Apparently there's a small black-market outpost operating outside of town. How about taking care of the people who run it?
PC: Do they have anything I can use?
Sergeant Tarl: Don't get cute. They sell information and weapons to the Rebels, so unless you plan on treason to the Empire, stick to the job at hand. Will you take out those running the outpost?
PC: Yes.
Sergeant Tarl: I never doubted you for a moment. We can't allow an operation like this to continue.
The informant revealed the existence of a small black market outpost operating outside of town. The individuals behind these operations need to be taken care of: a CL 4 black market profiteer and three CL 4 thugs.
