Find the Cryogenics Laboratory[]
Location of the Cryogenics Laboratory
The first objective will be to find the cryogenics lab with a waypoint provided. The bunker is filled with 90s and 95s the further down you go and unfortunately the place is a maze so having the map up isn't always as helpful as you'd like it to be. The Cryogenics Lab has 7- 8 level 90s. Once kill everyone in there, and because of AOEs the next room, you need to stand in the center of the room to trigger your quest update.
Search Cryogenic Stores[]
Just click on all 6 Cryogenic Storage Units in the room, then your quest should update.
Search Office[]
Next, you have to search the office, waypoint provided leading you into the room off to the left that you probably agroed, if not kill the 5 level 90s in there. Then talk to the "Scientist Console" and it will tell you that authorization is required and your quest will update.
Science Access Key[]
The objective now says "Scientist Access Key" with a waypoint to the room next to the previous one. There will be 2 level 90s on either side of the door and a level 90 silver named Undead Cryogenics Laboratory Scientist, clear the room. Once the scientist is dead, your quest will update again.
Use the Console[]
Go back to room with the "Scientist Console", click on it, and this time it should talk to you. It tells you "Store breached, virus lost." The very last option is "Restricted Cryogenics Storage - Unmutated Strain", after which the quest should end and you will receive "Looking for Clues".
