Find a Command Console[]
First part of quest tells you to find the command console; waypoint is provided. The console is down in the bunker in the first room off to the right. Talk to it to update your quest.
Find Parts[]
The next objective is to find two things, a Communications Module and a Damage Control Module. For the communications module you will need to go down the hall, where there is 5 to 6 level 90 Undead; 3 or 4 in the center of the room and 1 on each door. By killing them you will get the communications module. (Should be completed by the time you finish clearing the room.) The control module is the room off to right on the floor with another level 90, its a little small so having "all object names" turned on will help.The room waypoint is -7454 551 -7330.
Reactivate the Systems[]
Once you have both, the quest should update with 2 new objectives, install the Damage Control Module and the Communications Module. Return back to the room with the Computer Console and there should be two systems on either side of the console. Click on both and your quest will update.
Reconfigure Systems[]
Next you have to reconfigure system by talking to the computer console. This time make sure the Main Power, Damage Control Information Systems, and the Internal Communication Systems are on and the Backup Systems are off by clicking each option.
Find Cyrogenics Lab[]
Your quest will update again with the objective Find the Cryogenics Lab. Talk to the computer console one more time, look in "Departments" then the second option is "Cryogenics Laboratory" which will complete Research Facility, Level 1 and automatically give you Research Facility, Level 2.
