Chalmun's Cantina in Mos Eisley is perhaps the most famous Cantina on Tatooine. Owned by Chalmun the wookiee, it is always open, and you can usually find Wuher tending bar. A great place to stop in for a drink (they do buff) or to just kick back and enjoy the local entertainers (they also buff).
Since the beginner quests start off in Mos Eisley, this is probably the first cantina they will visit. Populated with some familiar faces (Muftak, Wuher, etc.) a player can start to feel immersed in the Star Wars universe.
The Cantina is known to be raided by Imperial Stormtroopers, so Rebel Combatants and Special Forces beware.
