- Jeridel has begged you to spare their life. Jeridel also offered you more credits if you can find out what happened to their brother. Apparently their brother is the lead creature handler for the facility. He hasn't come home in three days. Find out what happened to him and report back.

This is an optional side quest that you can take at this point during the "Coronet Murmurs" Legacy quests to complete. While it is most convenient to run this quest at the same time as "Coronet Murmurs", it can be run at any time after completing that quest.
Jeridel
Jeridel's gender and specie is dynamic for each quest attempt. In the following article, we'll consider that Jeridel is a female.
Conversation with Jeridel[]
Jeridel: WAIT!! Please don't hurt me!
PC: What's in it for me?
Jeridel: I...I can pay you. In fact, if you find my brother as well, I will give you all I have in savings.
PC: That's more like it. Where can I find this brother of yours?
Jeridel: I don't know exactly. He was promoted to lead creature handler three days ago. That was the last time I saw him. He must be stuck in the third level.
PC: It so happens I am going that way. I will look for him. Stay here.
Jeridel: Of course, I will start the bank transfer while you are gone.
Find the Missing Brother On the Third Level[]
Jeridel is on the first level of the secret bio-lab on Corellia at /way 217 -7065. She begs you for your mercy, and tells you that her brother was recently appointed chief Creature Handler of the laboratory a few days ago, but has not been seen since the last time he entered the menagerie level at the bottom of the complex. She offers to pay you if you will seek him out - or bring her word of his fate.
On the lowest level of the labs is the sad corpse of Jenson, Jeridel's brother, at /way 291 -6975.

If anyone finds this, please tell Jeridel of my fate. I am Jenson, lead creature handler for this lab. Something has gone wrong, and the creatures are loose. The Engineered Acklay attacked me when I tried to feed it, and since then, I have been slowly bleeding to death down here.
Kill the Engineered Acklay[]
The datapad on the corpse tells the tale: he was attacked while feeding the Acklay, and bled to death here on the cold floor of the bio-lab. He was able to record his final moments, however, and his sister should be told of his fate. But first, the monster that killed him should be eliminated.

Note that if you kill the Acklay before you've cleared the other animals for Clear Out The Zoo you'll have to wait for it to respawn when it's in turn. After reading the datapad, go back to the Clear Out The Zoo quest and you'll finish both without needing to wait for respawn.
Return to Jeridel[]
Once the beast is dead, return to Jeridel. She is sad to hear of her brother's fate, but grateful to you for helping her. She gives you your reward, ending the mission.

Jeridel: You have destroyed the monster that killed Jenson?
PC: Yes, it is dead. Where are my credits?
Jeridel: Here. Take them. I hate this place. I am glad you came to destroy it.
