Maximilian Veers is found at the Emperor's Retreat on Naboo, close to Moenia. He is also found in near a Imperial Base close to the Sulfur Lake Pirate Hideout, on Lok. Veers is a Colonel in the Imperial army at the begining timeline of the game and is later encountered as a General the Star Wars Moment Battle of Echo Base.
