The Kessel System is the proving ground for pilots looking to master their profession. Every ship in this sector is a Tier 5, and all three factions (Rebel, Imperial, and Neutral) have their representatives. Rebel pilots should watch out for swarms of TIEs, Imperials for the various Rebel craft, and Neutral pilots for the presence of the Black Sun in the Kessel System. Kessel is accessed through Deep Space stations; low-level pilots should not apply.

The first involves killing 30 ships in the Kessel space zone, and the second involves killing a corvette that will spawn in the Kessel zone approximately every 2 hours, make a 45 minute trek across the system, and then hyper out.
