Kerssoc is a rather nondescript Rodian standing under the front edge of the awning in the Rodian Hunting Camp (POI). He is very easy to miss but, if you want to gain access to the Hunting Grounds and all of the quest there, he's the one to see. His quests are never as simple and direct as they first appear and one thing will lead to another as he dangles the Hunting Ground Access "carrot" in front of you.
