This is the location of Obi-Wan Kenobi's old home. (-4512,-2270) It is now overrun with tusken followers(CL 19,20). Traveling there is part of the Legacy quest. you also receive a badge for visiting the homestead:

You must travel to the Homestead (part of Legacy) to retrieve an item out of the Tusken tent beside the homestead.
You are not allowed inside the homestead itself, unless you had earned the Kenobi's Legacy and robe rewards inside.
