Description
- Vance Groten, former Security Chief of Stonewall Labs and part-time Peace Officer in Dee'ja Peak, has requested your help in clearing up some problems around Dee'ja Peak. Your reputation in the RSF precedes you, and Vance is more than willing to take advantage of the situation to benefit his city.

Ol' Vance doesn’t have any of the beacons the Professor needs on him, but he knows where you could get them. First things first though - he has some chores for you. Dee'ja Peak has been threatened of late by several groups, and you are just the one Vance Groten needs to make the town a bit safer.
Defeat Naboo Pirates in the Dee'ja Peak Area[]
- irst, kill 13 Naboo Pirates (around CL26) (5314 -1316)
Reduce the Mauler Threat in the Area[]
Next, kill 12 Maulers (around CL27) (5737 -1185) (Relics available)
Reduce the Feral Shaupaut Population[]
Next, kill 11 Feral Shaupauts (around CL26)
Defeat Blot: Feral Shaupaut Pack Leader[]
Next, kill Blot (CL26) Two minute respawn.
Return to Vance Groten[]
Now, take a deep breath. Once they’re all dead, return to Vance Groten to complete the Quest.
Conversation with Vance Groten[]
Vance Groten: I appreciate your help. I'd be more than happy to help you find a security beacon. I suggest going to speak with Kippy Martin.
PC: Who is Kippy Martin?
Vance Groten: Kippy Martin was a former security officer at Stonewall Labs, but she had to quit after falling off of a speeder while moving at close to top speed. Kippy didn't seem to be badly hurt, but was never the same again. She might still have her security beacon.
PC: Thank you, I'll go speak with Kippy Martin.
Vance Groten: I'm sure she'll have one.
