This quest was playable during the 2005 Empire Day event (Publish 19), from June the 29th to July the 11th.
To start this quest, go to Talus, city of Nashal, to the Hotel and talk to Imperial PR Officer.
Rewards:
- 1200 imperial faction points
- 2500 credits
- Empire Day Imperial Banner

Contact the Garrison Historian[]
The Imperial PR Officer will send you to Rori, city of Narmle to the Combat Guild Hall to help the Imperial Garrison Historian (/way -5186, 81, -2443).
The Historian needs you to Recover 3 Historical Disks, you have two options to do this quest:
1:) Recover Historical Disks (Combat Option)
2:) Recover Historical Disks (Courier Option)
Recover Historical Disks (Combat Option)[]
If you take the combat option, all you have to do, is go out and kill rebel npcs, it'll randomly tell you if you got a disk or not, upon each rebel npc kill, I usually do this by heading to Moenia, and kill the npcs there. This is the fastest way to complete this mission, but if you don't have combat skills, you'll have to do the second option.
Recover Historical Disks (Courier Option 0/3)[]
The Historian will give you a waypoint to one of the quest npcs who has a Historical Disk, 1st one he send you to is at the Bestine small cantina, to a Noble (/way -1006, 10, -3527).
Once you talk to the Noble, you will get a msg for mission complete and a new waypoint, and info to the next npc.
Recover Historical Disks (Courier Option 1/3)[]
Next go to Corellia, to the city of Bela Vistal, use the Shuttleport A, it's closest to the medical center. Talk to the Commoner (/way 6711, 330, -5940).
Once you talk to the Commoner, you will get a msg for mission complete and a new waypoint, and info to the next npc.
Recover Historical Disks (Courier Option 2/3)[]
Next go to Naboo, to the city of Dee'ja Peak, head to the Theatre. Talk to the Commoner (/way 4912, 362, -1498).
Return to Historian[]
Once you talk to the Commoner, you will get a msg for mission. Now head back to the Historian.
Visit Data Officer[]
The Historian will now send you to Dathomir Science Outpost, and talk to Imperial Data Officer (/way -92, 18, -1630).
Visit Commander[]
Once you talk to him, he'll give you a waypoint, and will send you to Yavin IV, to talk to Imperial Commander, closest starport is Yavin IV Mining Outpost. This is a 5000m ride to this small base.
Once you arrive, talk to the Commander (/way 4123, 37, 1618).
The comander will reward you at this point with 200 imperial faction points and 2500 credits.
Visit Vader[]
The Commander will send you to talk to Darth Vader (/way 4122, 37, 1632).
Tie Up Loose Ends[]
The Jedi Prisoner
Once you have talk to Darth Vader, return to the Commander, at this point the Commander will reward you with the Imperial Banner.
Now you go and interrogate the prisoner, a Jedi (/way 4146, 37, 1616).
If you play good cop with the Jedi, tell him your there to rescue him, you were sent by leia, and to forget the mission, lets get out of here, he will give you the information, and you will complete the second part of this quest.
If you play bad cop, you will fail this part of the mission, and won't get the second rewards.
After you've Interrogated the Jedi Prisoner, talk to the Imperial Guard (/way 4134, 37, 1613). You will be rewarded, with another Imperial Banner & 1000 imperial faction points.
