Introduction[]
House Fion is a Tatooine-based extension of the Twi'lek noble clan Fion of Ryloth. Primarily a merchant house, it is led by the eldest son of the clan, V’Tal Fion. Some of the finest products in the galaxy pass through House Fion’s merchants, from military supplies to luxury clothing and furniture, fine cuisine, and exotic art & artifacts.
The House maintains its own in-house artisans, designers, and scientists, and is thus capable of producing most anything in the galaxy. A high standard of quality is maintained on all its products, so only the sharpest and most talented minds are hired to work for the family. Military-grade research labs and facilities combined with the finest resources available have enabled House Fion to continue to innovate on its products, often raising the bar for many industries.
In addition, the House maintains a standing guard that is in charge of protecting the family’s interests, escorting important shipments, and making sure the business runs smoothly. The Crimson Blades are in charge of ground-based security, while the Steel Vynocks handle air support and deep space patrol.
Though positions of authority are usually granted to Twi'lek, outsiders who have proven themselves have found plenty of opportunity for advancement within the ranks.
History[]
Though one of the lesser noble families on Ryloth, the Fion clan developed over time a reputation within Twi'lek society for the unique blend of tactful diplomacy, cunning strategy, and even-handed temperament that became a common trait in the blood-line.
The Fion clan is a small family with an ancient lineage, and the one common link has always been lethan blood. Members of the family have only been permitted to marry those of lethan ancestry, a rare race of red-tinted Twi'lek that hails from the Bright Lands of Ryloth. As a result, every member of the clan has deep crimson skin and often shares some measure of other physical characteristics such as lissome physique.
While the family’s focus has decidedly leaned towards mercantile affairs, a number of its members have turned to politics over the years, in positions ranging from local Trade Heads, to Galactic Senate Representatives, and once, as part of the governing Head Clan of Ryloth.

House Fion is one of the few neutral roleplay PAs on the Bria server, and currently the only Twi'lek-oriented one. Though officially neutral in the GCW, covert members of either faction have found positions in the House.
