Grobber can be found in a Coronet Hotel located at the south-west of the Corellian city. This Twi'lek is a member of the Black Sun organization and provides missions to support their operations.

Grobber: Black Sun is definitely the outfit to get involved with. We have our hand in everything from gambling to smuggling. Are you interested in working for Black Sun?
PC: What sort of work?
Grobber: Right now I need information from someone who used to work for us but now works for Shalera -- the Lady Hutt, as she's known hereabouts. He hasn't been cooperative. Could you find him and bring him here?
PC: Yes.
Grobber: Welcome to the organization. Go and find Hammond Ballater and bring him to me. He knows better than to think that Black Sun would let him go completely.
Hammond Ballater, a former Black Sun operative, now works for Shalera the Hutt. Grobber needs you to bring him back for interrogation purposes. When you arrive at the given waypoint, take down the ambush made of two CL4 thugs and talk to Hammond.

Grobber: We've had a double agent in the Lady Hutt's organization for some time now. It turns out that he's been selling information about Black Sun to her. That's the problem with double agents -- you just can't trust them. Would you teach him a lesson for us?
PC: What lesson would that be?
Grobber: The lesson would be: Betraying Black Sun means certain death. Will you make that clear to him?
PC: Yes.
Grobber: Good. You'll meet him in the place where he meets his usual contact. His name is Dev Breeger -- not that it matters any more.
A certain Dev Breeger, infiltrated in the Lady Hutt's organization for the Black Sun, is actually selling confidential informations to her. Find him (CL4) and show no mercy. As Grobber says: Betraying Black Sun means certain death.
