The command is available to Freelance pilots and can be found on the space tab in the Command Browser when in space
This command will allow you to register yourself as an Rebel Combatant. You will no longer be able to attach (or be attacked by) Rebel ships, however Imperial ships will no attack you on sight. Landing or respawning will reset the command.
