A lone Escape Pod
Shortly before the Battle of Yavin, this Escape Pod crashed down within the Tatooine Dune Sea. The Empire briefly took a great deal of interest in this pod and for a short time after, Imperial activity on Tatooine was noticeably increased.

Embark on your outing in the same place that C-3PO and R2-D2 started their own long journey, at the crashed escape pod buried in the dunes of the Tatooine desert.
Your tour begins as you arrive in Bestine. Hop on your mount or vehicle and cross the vast desert sands to the southwest. As the sands smooth, you will see a lone escape pod nestled in the dune. The winds have long erased the tracks of the two legendary droids, but you can still follow in their footsteps.
