In Anchorhead, at location 112,-5429 is Droma Ordo (right next to the Junk Dealer). He is giving out quests to all neutral and rebel players.
Conversation with Droma Ordo[]
Droma Ordo: What do you want?
PC: I am looking to help the Rebellion
Droma Ordo: Yeah, seems to be a lot of people looking to help out once we won the battle of Yavin 4. Where were you before? Never mind. I do have some low security jobs I can farm out. Here is the list. Anything strike your fancy?
PC: I can help hunting banthas.
- Quest: "Rebel Bantha Hunt"
PC: I could retrieve those chips.
- Quest: "Terrorist Codes"
PC: Infiltrating the Valarian depot is something I can handle.
- Quest: "Kill Terrorists"
Rebel Bantha Hunt[]
Level: 13
Rewards:
- 3750 credits
- 4700 Exp
Description:
- The Alliance is attempting to disrupt Imperial patrols in any way that they can. Due to a lack of speeder bikes and other transport, the Imperials have been using dewbacks to mount some of their patrols. They are also looking into using banthas as mounts. The Rebels want to preempt this attempt by slaughtering as many wild banthas as possible. You are hired to kill as many banthas as possible.
Recommended combat levels: 15 and higher |
Conversation with Droma Ordo[]
PC: I can help hunting banthas.
Droma Ordo: Imperials are using them to increase the number of patrols. They seem to have used up all of the dewbacks in the area. I need you to cull the local herd.
PC: Why are we slaughtering these beast?
Droma Ordo: Look, I am not asking you to exterminate them as a species. Just thin out the local herds enough so that the Empire can't use them to mount additional patrols. Fewer patrols makes it safer for us to move men and materials around. Will you do it?
PC: Sounds a bit harsh, but I will do it.
Droma Ordo: Good, here is the information that you need. Good hunting.
Kill Banthas[]
When you talk to Droma, select "I want to help the Rebellion". Droma will then give you three options of how to lend your support. The first option is to go out and kill 10 Banthas before the Imperials can use them. Do so, and the rewards are automatically given to you. Then return to Droma for further tasks.
Droma Ordo: Excellent job. This should reduce the number of patrols that the Empire can send out. I have credited your account.
Terrorist Codes[]
Level: 13
Rewards:
- 3750 credits
- 4700 Exp
Description:
- The Alliance needs to break into the terrorist's tactical communication network. It needs examples of the encryption codes used by the terrorists. Take out terrorists until you have five encryption code chips.
Recommended combat levels: 15 and higher |
Conversation with Droma Ordo[]
PC: I could retrieve those chips.
Droma Ordo: We want to break the terrorists tactical code. To do that we need you to take out terrorists, collect the code chips from their comm-links and download their encryption keys. Send those keys to me.
PC: How am I to do that?
Droma Ordo: With those codes we can keep a closer eye on what the terrorists are doing. Take out terrorists, collect the code chips from their comm-links and download their encryption keys. Send those keys to me.
PC: I am on my way.
Droma Ordo: Here is the information of where to go and what to do.
Kill Terrorists[]
The second option Droma gives you is to track down terrorists who have codes that the Rebellion needs. Go out to the location he gives you, collect 5 codes, and return to Droma. Little warning: these guys respawn very fast, so don't take too long looting the corpses.
Droma Ordo: Great job! this should give our code crackers a leg up on getting into the Terrorists' tactical networks here on Tatooine.
Modulator Retrieval[]
Level: 14
Rewards:
- 3750 credits
- 4700 Exp
Description:
- The Alliance is gathering intelligence on Imperial equipment. One of the items that it is looking at is the AT-AT. The Alliance wants to develop jamming devices that interfere with the AT-AT's locomotion. The RX-8 modulator located in the AT-AT legs seems most vulnerable to this type of attack. But the Rebels need detailed schematics of the device in order to build a functioning prototype. A leg of an AT-AT has been located at the Valarian Smuggler's Depot. You need to go there and retrieve the RX-8 modulator from it, analyze it and transmit the schematics back to Ordo.
Recommended combat levels: 15 and higher |
Conversation with Droma Ordo[]
PC: Infiltrating the Valarian depot is something I can handle.
Droma Ordo: The Valarians have recovered a leg of an AT-AT and have it at their depot in the mountains. I want you to remove its RX-8 modulator, analyze its circuitry and then transmit the information to me.
PC: Why the RX-8 modulator?
Droma Ordo: The modulator controls the signals that make the leg move. If we can get a complete diagram of its circuitry our people might be able to come up with a device that will jam or disrupt those control signals. If we can do that ... well those things hit the ground pretty hard.
PC: You got it.
Droma Ordo: Good. The location and other mission information has been uploaded to your datapad.
Analyze RX-8 Modulator[]
The third and final option Droma gives you is to investigate an AT-AT leg that the Valarians have captured. He gives you the location (the Valarian depot outside of Bestine). Go there, infiltrate the depot, and click on the leg to complete this mission. The rewards are given automatically, again, but this mission goes right into the next one.
Droma Ordo: Hold on a second... I'm picking up a radio transmission from your area. It looks like you were spotted by a mercenary recon team. You have to intercept this team before they reach the Imperial outpost at Bestine and report on what you were doing.
Cover your Tracks[]
Level: 14
Rewards:
- 100 Rebel faction points
- 3750 credits
- 2 Fragmentation Grenades (with 3 uses each)
Description:
- Ordo has picked up a transmission from your area. He says it sounds like it's from some mercenaries that saw you messing with the AT-AT wreckage. It sounded like they were going to sell the information at the nearest Imperial base. He thinks it would be a good idea for you to make sure these mercs never reported to the Imperials what you were doing there.
Recommended combat levels: 15 and higher |
Stop the Mercenary Recon Team[]
Apparently, a group of recon mercs have seen you fiddling around with the AT-AT leg, and are planning of telling the Imperials. Droma has intercepted their radio communication, and gives you the location where they can be found. When you arrive at the waypoint, you might not see any bad guys. Head towards the fortress on top of the hill, and you should run into the mercs. Kill 6 of them.
Droma Ordo: The signal has stopped. I'm no longer receiving the transmission. I don't think they were able to contact their base. Good work.
Head Back to Ordo[]
Return to Droma, who will give you your rewards. You get 2 fragmentation grenades for your hard work, on top of faction points and credits. Nice!
Conversation with Droma Ordo[]
Droma Ordo: Hey, you really did a number on those mercs. I can't say I'm sorry they are gone. They've been a thorn in our side for some time now.
PC: Well they won't be causing you any more problems.
Droma Ordo: Thanks for the help.
