Cyrans the Unfeeling is the leader of the Sayormi clans of the Dead Forest. He guards the entrance to the Dead Forest, patrolling the lone path into his corrupted territory. He is known to use a lance and a metal staff in combat to great effect. Cyrans drops a number of unique weapons, including Quicktrigger Countermand and the Darstai'is Sickle.

Those helping Chief Kerritamba will be challenged to kill Cyrans the Unfeeling during the Search for the Cure quest series.
