An item retrieved from Niskel Frangee's corpse whil working for Borvo the Hutt and later use to usurpate his identity among the CorSec ranks.
After a quest revamp, this item was removed from the quest and you're now supposed to have it after killing Niskel even though there is nothing in your inventory. It is now considered as a rare item prized by collectors.
