Kill the Security Guards on the 2nd Level[]
Once the security for the first level is sufficiently "chastened" you should move on to the Research Security (CL35) on the second level.
Notes: Access to the first Elevator Down requires completion of the quest Coronet Murmurs: Agents of Destruction.
Once ten of them are dead, Borgan contacts you and thanks you for your help - and transfers your reward to your account. This concludes your mission.
