Boss creatures and NPCs are even tougher than their elite counterparts. Only a few boss enemies exist in the game and are usually quest-related. See Creature & NPC Combat Level Chart for specific stats.
Some Boss NPCs are possible to solo, such as N-K "Necrosis" and Krayt Dragons. However bosses in heroic instances, and on Mustafar and Kashyyyk require a group.
