Borvo the Hutt was a powerful Hutt with a male personality who specialized in the shipment of everything from blasters to spices. As an influential figure, he had dozens of strongholds on worlds located throughout the Outer Rim. He found the perfect base and hideout in the mountains of Naboo, a lush world with a ludicrously small number of police and security forces and far from the Republic's watchful eyes. There he stored excess weapons and vehicles to use for his smuggling runs.

Borvo the Hutt can be found at the cantina in Moenia, on Naboo (4875, -4591).
