Borvo's guard is located in the cantina of Moenia on Naboo. Prior to the New Game Enhancements, this NPC was known as Borvo The Hutt's Guard.

This NPC starts the pre-NGE and post-NGE Borvo the Hutt questline. After NGE, you must have the quest Finding Huff's Rifle to start this quest.
