A pet version of the Bolotaur is rewarded for completing the Clone Relics quest The Imprisoned Geonosian. It is collected from the first room in the Geonosian Cave on Yavin IV. The pet can be trained by Creature Handler commands, but cannot level or learn Pet Abilities.
