A Blue Frog is a terminal on the Test Center server (not TCPrime) that gives the player access to a menu that can change your level 1-90, gives you some very rare armor including RIS armor, and all PvP items such Galactic Marine Armor, and the instance items from the Battle of Echo Base. The terminal can also change your piloting skill level, and a lot more.
