Block Chance is a player’s chance to “block” (negate) a portion of incoming damage. Chance for a successful “Block” roll will increase as Block Chance increases. Block Chance has diminishing returns.
Mitigates incoming damage based on how much Block Value you have. Can affect basic attacks / critical hits / strikethroughs / punishing blows.
