Bazaar Terminals are also located at Banks in static cities.

From a Bank Terminal (using the Radial menu), you can:

Deposit credits to your bank account.
Withdraw credits from your bank account.
Use your Safety Deposit

Since the NGE, you can access your Safety Deposit Box from any Bank Terminal on any planet.

It can hold 100 items, is secure from any other players, and costs nothing to maintain.

Galactic Reserve[]

With Game Update 13, players where given this additional tool for managing their monetary wealth.

The Bank terminals in Mos Eisley, Theed and Coronet will provide you with an option to access your Galactic Reserve.

You can deposit or withdraw an aditional 3 billion credits into the Galactic Reserve.

However there is a 15 minutes cooldown when interfacing with the Galactic Reserve. Of course, you can not withdraw money you do not have.
