No longer obtainable through a quest, the Preserved Ewok Spleen is nowadays considered as a rare item prized by collectors.
It used to be placed in the player's inventory after killing a CL 72 Healthy Ewok in the 11th mission of the Marauder Themepark. From there, it was possible to keep this item by not completing the delivery back to Charal.
