The AT-ST familiar is a new pet or droid for your character. It is however only avalible to Imperals who have 5000 Galactic Civil War Tokens, you can only buy it from Imperial recruiters.
The Familiar does not give a buff, and is not useful in combat (although it is level 1 and attackable).
